Due to the nature of flowers, returns and refunds are not accepted.  If there are any major sizing issues, breakage issues, or other problems within the first 24 hours, please contact immediately for replacement (see contact page).

Due to all items being custom and made to order, and the popularity of certain orchid colors, please order at least 3 business days in advance to order, and 7 business days in advance to secure your desired color. Same day orders and expedited orders include extra fees and may be requested through the Expedite Request listing.  Same day and expedited requests may potentially not be possible to fulfill.

When not being worn, mist with water and place in a waterproof bag in a fridge for longer lasting blooms. Damp paper towels may also be added for more hydration. Orchids love staying hydrated!
